AroosaHub Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

Terms of sale
1. Who we are. AroosaHub is run by Ilhan Farah, a sole trader based in the UK. Address: Southall, Ealing, London, UK. Email: [email protected]. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Ilhan Farah trading as AroosaHub.
2. What you are buying. You are buying online access to the AroosaHub Full Planner, the Setting Up Your New Home guide, or both together as the bundle. Access is through your account on aroosahub.com. It is not a download and not a physical item.
3. Your licence. Your licence is for your own personal use, and for use with your partner in planning your wedding and home. You may use it on up to 3 devices, shared across both products. You can see and remove your devices on your account page. You may not resell, share, copy, publish or give access to anyone else, or use the products for a business.
4. Buying through Gumroad. You buy through Gumroad, which takes your payment, collects VAT where it applies and sends you a receipt. We do not see or keep your card details. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If we advertise a launch price, we will honour it until the end date shown. Gumroad's own terms for buyers also apply to the payment.
5. How you get access. After your payment is confirmed, go to aroosahub.com/sign-in and enter the email you used to buy. We send you a one-time link and a 6-digit code. There is no password. If you bought with a different email, write to [email protected] with your receipt and we will fix it.
6. Keeping access running. We take reasonable care to keep the products available and working, but there may be short breaks for maintenance. We may improve or update the products over time. If we ever decide to stop selling or running a product you have bought, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and a way to save your own entries first.
7. Who can buy. You must be 18 or over to buy.
8. Your entries. Ticks, dates, budget lines, guest lists and notes you add belong to you. They are saved in the browser on the device you use, not in your account, so we cannot see them and they do not move to another device unless you use the backup code on the Overview page. Clearing your browser data can erase them, so please create a backup code and keep your own copy of anything important.
Cancellations and refunds
9. Your 14-day refund. You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of the day you buy, for any reason, even if you have already signed in and used the product. You do not have to give a reason. To ask, email [email protected] from any address, saying which product you bought and the email you used, and attach or quote your Gumroad receipt. A short clear message is enough.
10. How the refund is paid. We will refund you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your request, to the card or account you paid with, through Gumroad. If you bought the bundle, the refund covers both products. Your access ends once the refund is made.
11. If something is wrong with the product. The products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose they were sold for. If they are not, tell us and we will put it right, by fixing the problem or replacing the product. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction up to a full refund. These rights are in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and nothing in these terms limits them.
12. After 14 days. After the 14 days there is no general right to a refund for a change of mind, but your rights in clause 11 continue. We will always read a request and treat it fairly.
13. Disputes with your card provider. Please email us first so we can help quickly. If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, access to that product ends while the dispute is open.
14. Mistakes at checkout. If you were charged the wrong amount or bought the wrong product, email us and we will correct it.
Using the site and the guides
15. Guidance, not advice. AroosaHub gives general information. It is not religious advice, a religious ruling, or legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. Please confirm anything specific to your situation with your imam, your local register office, or a solicitor or OISC-regulated adviser. Ramadan, Eid and Hijri dates are expected dates that follow the Saudi Arabia calendar; check them with your own mosque.
16. Vendors. When the vendor directory opens, vendors are independent businesses. Any agreement you make is with the vendor, not with us, and we do not guarantee their work or their statements about it.
17. Fair use. Do not try to get around sign-in or the device limit, copy or scrape the products, put them on another site, or use them to harm anyone. Please add other people's names (for example on a guest list) only where you need to. If you break these rules we may suspend your access and will explain why by email.
18. Our content. The planner, the guides, their text, design, logo and the AroosaHub name belong to us or the people who license them to us. You get a licence to use them as set out in clause 3. You do not get ownership.
19. Our responsibility to you. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that could not have been foreseen, or for decisions you make using the general information in the guides. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
20. Your privacy. How we use your information is explained in our privacy notice.
21. Changes. We may change these terms. A change applies to purchases made after it. If a change would reduce what you already bought, we will email you first.
22. Law and complaints. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts. If you are unhappy, please email [email protected] first and we will reply within 14 days.
